Technical Account Manager

ResolutionTube is on a mission to build a universal product-troubleshooting platform that empowers users by giving them access to the right information at right time. This includes instant access to domain experts on their mobile device.

The Job

As Technical Account Manager you will be dealing directly with enterprise customers. You will be responsible for growing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient implementation for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and manage transformational initiatives within complex organizations.
  • Develop and optimize processes to transition customers as efficiently as possible from sale to utilizing the product in the field
  • You will be the customer’s key liaison to ResolutionTube, responding to and tracking all customer questions and requests
  • Streamline efficient execution of ResolutionTube solution and plan enterprise-wide with disciplined strategic planning, management and oversight.
  • Advance adoption of ResolutionTube solutions across regional and global teams by creating a well-communicated plan, encouraging enterprise-wide collaboration and providing frequent assessments and reporting of results against common goals
  • Prevent customer issues before they arise with proactive planning and technical reviews
  • Work closely with the founders to improve customer operational efficiency by proactively managing and reporting progress against plans and coordinating access to ResolutionTube product engineers.

Professional Requirements

  • Ability to think creatively about technical solutions - technical background and/or 4-year degree or higher in computer science or equivalent preferable
  • Several years experience in one or multiple of the following; enterprise sales, account management, or IT
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong track record of leadership and performance
