As Technical Account Manager you will be dealing directly with enterprise customers. You will be responsible for growing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient implementation for multiple clients.
- Spearhead and manage transformational initiatives within complex organizations.
- Develop and optimize processes to transition customers as efficiently as possible from sale to utilizing the product in the field
- You will be the customer’s key liaison to ResolutionTube, responding to and tracking all customer questions and requests
- Streamline efficient execution of ResolutionTube solution and plan enterprise-wide with disciplined strategic planning, management and oversight.
- Advance adoption of ResolutionTube solutions across regional and global teams by creating a well-communicated plan, encouraging enterprise-wide collaboration and providing frequent assessments and reporting of results against common goals
- Prevent customer issues before they arise with proactive planning and technical reviews
- Work closely with the founders to improve customer operational efficiency by proactively managing and reporting progress against plans and coordinating access to ResolutionTube product engineers.
