In this role, you will work closely with the CEO/executive team in all aspects of sales cycle from discovery to close. Your responsibility to generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales leads and following up with the prospects and customers to provide pre- and post-sales support will help optimize our sales efforts and lead to explosive growth.

- Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of ResolutionTube’s product
- Gather and communicate market intelligence to the team to drive accurate and confident decision-making in determining market opportunity and penetration strategy
- Generate potential leads in the dedicated and new market verticals through online and offline resources that will complement our existing roster
- Identify key decision makers within targeted accounts and prioritize strategic target lists
- Implement key outreach techniques, on the behalf of the CEO, to initiate conversation with key decision makers and generate product awareness
- Conduct need assessments through emails/calls with specific prospects, identify pain points and effectively articulate ResolutionTube’s unique business and technical value
- Follow through and successfully qualify/convert the leads to opportunities and work with the CEO to drive one-on-one conversations, product demonstrations and closing
- Accurately track and update real-time all the customer interactions and information in the CRM system
- Build strategic relationships to achieve referrals, grow existing business, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up after sales and communicate customer feedback to the team to assist in vision and strategic planning
